Delivery Time
As items are made to order, orders are usually shipped within 5–14 business days after the order is confirmed.
For international destinations, international transit and customs may require an additional 7–21 business days after shipment (varies by region and customs processing).
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations (Return Policy)
Our products are made to order. Cancellations, changes, returns, or exchanges for customer-convenience reasons (wrong size, item differs from expectations, differences in perceived color, etc.) cannot be accepted after an order is confirmed.
The cooling-off system does not apply to mail-order (distance) sales.
Only if a product is defective or the wrong item was shipped, and you contact us by email within 14 days of receiving the product with photos showing the issue, we will provide an exchange or refund.
Return Shipping
For defective or incorrectly shipped items, return shipping costs are covered by us. Returns or exchanges for customer convenience cannot be accepted.
Refund Method and Timing
Refunds are issued, in principle, to the original payment method. After we confirm the return or defect, we will process the refund within approximately 7–14 business days (the time to reflect in your account varies by payment provider).
