Estimated Time to Shipment

As items are made to order, orders are usually shipped within 5–14 business days after the order is confirmed.

For orders with multiple items, all items are shipped together once the item requiring the most time is ready.

Estimated Time to Delivery

For domestic (Japan) orders, delivery typically takes a few days after shipment.

For international orders, international transit and customs may require an additional 7–21 business days after shipment (varies by region and customs processing).

Shipping Fees

Domestic (Japan): flat 770 JPY (tax incl.)

International: flat 4,400 JPY (tax incl.)

International Shipping

International shipping is available.

Customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If we are unable to deliver due to regulations in the destination country, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

If a parcel is returned due to refusal of receipt, an incorrect address, or expiration of the holding period, any re-shipping and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
