Terms of service

These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using the services provided by BABA NEIGHBOR'S CLUB ("the Store") through the website "bnc-webgarage.tokyo".

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the customer and the Store concerning the use of the Service.

Article 2 (Sale of Products / Made to Order)

The Store's products are made to order. A contract is formed when the order is confirmed (payment completed), after which cancellations or changes cannot be accepted.

Article 3 (Prices and Payment)

Sale prices are as stated on each product page (tax included).

Payment is made by credit card or other methods at the time of order.

Article 5 (Returns, Refunds, and Return Policy)

The conditions for returns and refunds (the return policy) are as set out in the "Refund Policy" and the "Legal Notice (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions)". Returns or exchanges for customer convenience cannot be accepted.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)

Copyrights and trademark rights to the logos, designs, product images, and text published on the Store belong to the Store or the rightful owners.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or reposting is prohibited.

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)

Customers must not engage in the following acts:

- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals

- Acts that infringe the intellectual property, reputation, or other rights of the Store or third parties

- Unauthorized access or interference with the system

- Purchases made for the purpose of resale

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The Store is not liable when the Service is delayed or suspended due to causes not attributable to the Store, such as natural disasters or communication failures.

Article 9 (Changes to the Terms)

The Store may change these Terms when it deems necessary.

The revised Terms will be announced by a method specified by the Store.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive agreed jurisdiction for the first instance.
